3) How long do we keep your personal information for?
We will only retain your personal information for the minimum time that is necessary. We immediately delete data that we no longer have use for. Any personal information provided via a contact form that results in a booking will be stored for five years and then disposed of and erased on our system. For some purposes such as our business accounting obligations, this length of time will be determined by legislation.

We also use Facebook Pixel which is an analytics tool that helps us measure the effectiveness of our advertising. We protect our databases with various physical, technical and procedural measures and we restrict access to your information by unauthorised persons.  Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

All information transmitted through eppsphotography.co.uk is stored on our secure server. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, which is the electronic commerce standard for securing information as it travels over the Internet. SSL technology is designed to encrypt your information, preventing any unauthorised party from viewing and downloading your information. Your web browser should display a web address with an "https" prefix, indicating that the SSL technology is operating when using certain portions of our website. Of course, data transmission over the internet is inherently insecure, and we cannot guarantee the security of data sent over the internet. ​
